How Sable handles Peppol

One Access Point. Every country mandate.

Sable operates a certified Peppol AS4 Access Point covering ANZ, UK, EU, Singapore, and Malaysia. We're connected to the Peppol network through OpenPeppol governance, with full compliance to PINT A-NZ for Australian and New Zealand transactions, Peppol BIS 3.0 for international transactions, and country-specific extensions including XRechnung (Germany), FatturaPA (Italy), Chorus Pro (France), and KSeF (Poland).

For distributors and suppliers, Peppol compliance through Sable means three things. First, you don't need to register your own Access Point - Sable handles that. Second, your existing ERP doesn't need to speak Peppol natively - Sable converts between your internal format and Peppol BIS automatically. Third, you stay compliant as country mandates evolve - Sable's compliance team monitors regulatory changes and updates the platform accordingly.

When you send an invoice through Sable, we convert it from your internal format to Peppol BIS, validate it against the recipient's country-specific requirements, transmit it to their Access Point via AS4, receive the transport acknowledgment, and log the full audit trail.

What you get

  • Peppol ID registration and management
  • Document format conversion (your internal format ↔ Peppol BIS 3.0)
  • Country-specific validation (XRechnung, FatturaPA, Chorus Pro, KSeF, PINT A-NZ)
  • AS4 transport with cryptographic signing
  • Real-time transport acknowledgments
  • Full audit trail for tax authority compliance
  • Automatic regulatory updates as country mandates evolve
  • Integration with your existing ERP or accounting system
