This privacy notice explains how Sable Limited ("Sable", "we") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our website, request a demo or pricing, or use the Sable platform.

Data we collect

When you complete a form on this site we collect the work email, full name, company name, country, and the additional fields specific to the form. We also collect aggregated analytics data (page views, referrers, country) via Plausible Analytics. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data.

How we use your data

We use form data to respond to your request, schedule a demo, send a tailored pricing quote, or fulfil a documents request. We sync the contact information into our CRM (HubSpot) and notify the Sable team via Slack. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties beyond the sub-processors documented at /privacy/sub-processors.

Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (for marketing requests) and our legitimate interest in operating the Sable platform and responding to enquiries.

Retention

We retain enquiry data for 24 months after the last interaction. Customer account data is retained for the duration of the contract plus seven years for tax and regulatory compliance.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights email christian@getsable.io. Customers in the EU and UK have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

Sub-processors

The current list of sub-processors is maintained at /privacy/sub-processors. We notify customers 30 days before any new sub-processor is added.
